heartspace circles
Soulful small-group gatherings for reflection, creativity & quiet connection
Heartspace Circles are gently guided spaces to reconnect with yourself and the quieter rhythms of your inner life. Held with care and therapeutic awareness, each circle weaves together reflective prompts, creative expression, and simple symbolic practices to honour where you are.
These are not therapy groups, but they offer a grounded space to be with what’s unfolding — whether through sharing, stillness, or creative exploration. You are welcome to speak at the beginning or closing of the circle if it feels supportive, or simply rest in silence and be held by the rhythm of the space.
No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to arrive as you are.
