january 2026
january at heartspace
January arrives in the height of summer — long light, warmth in the air — and yet it carries an invitation to pause.
As 2025 draws to a close, what has been lived does not immediately fall away. It lingers softly, asking for integration and a gentle laying down of what no longer needs to be carried. January offers space to rest within this transition, before the year ahead begins to gather momentum.
The following offerings are held within this in-between space.
Visioning & threshold offerings
January Visioning offerings at Heartspace are held as gentle containers for reflection and inner listening during this threshold time.
They are not focused on goals or resolutions, but on sensing what is completing, what is emerging, and what wishes to be carried forward into the year ahead.
1:1 Online Visioning Sessions
Individual one-hour online visioning sessions to gently close the cycle of 2025 and listen into what is quietly taking shape.
These sessions are spacious and reflective in nature. We work with intuition, symbol and inner guidance, allowing clarity to arise at the level of essence rather than outcome.
Each session unfolds organically and may include transpersonal card work, reflective dialogue and symbolic inquiry.

january pause & looking ahead
January is being held as a quieter month at Heartspace, and in-person 1:1 sessions are paused during this time.
In-person sessions are expected to resume from February. Further information about 2026 availability and bookings will be shared in January.
a note on these offerings
These January offerings may be especially supportive if you feel called to slow down, reflect, or approach the year ahead from a place of inner listening rather than urgency. They are open to both existing and new Heartspace clients.
January availability is limited, and sessions will be booked via the online system.
what to know

These offerings are not therapy in the traditional sense. They are reflective and transpersonal in nature, drawing on intuition, symbol and creative process. While they may feel therapeutic, they are offered as spaces for visioning and seasonal attunement, rather than ongoing clinical work.
