January arrives in the height of summer — long light, warmth in the air — and yet it carries an invitation to pause.

As one year completes and another begins, what has been lived does not immediately fall away. January offers a threshold space for integration and gentle listening, before the year ahead gathers momentum.

Heartspace Visioning Circles are held within this in-between time. They offer a gentle, transpersonal container for reflection, symbol, and inner listening — not focused on goals or resolutions, but on sensing what is completing, what is emerging, and what wishes to be carried forward into the year ahead.

The circles are held in small groups to support depth, safety, and meaningful connection. No artistic experience is needed; the focus is on symbolic process rather than outcome.

in-person circle

An embodied and relational visioning circle centred on the creation of a personal divinatory card — a symbolic image that reflects the qualities, themes, and deeper currents you are carrying into the year ahead.

The card is created through image, collage, and simple creative materials, guided by inner listening rather than artistic skill. No art experience is needed.

This is a transpersonal, divinatory process that invites symbol and felt sense to emerge organically. Rather than goal-setting or analysis, the emphasis is on relationship — allowing your card to become a companion you can return to throughout the year.

Online circle

A spacious and accessible online visioning circle, offering a gentle way to engage in year-ahead divination from your own home.

This circle works with intuitive mark-making, using movement, line, and colour as pathways for inner listening and symbolic emergence. As with the in-person circle, the focus is on process rather than interpretation or outcome.

The online format offers a different material pathway, while holding the same transpersonal and divinatory intention — supporting clarity, integration, and orientation at the threshold of the year.
