Heartspace Circles

Small group experiences for inner listening, creative exploration, and symbolic reflection

Heartspace Circles offer space to slow down, listen inwardly, and deepen your relationship with your inner life.

Grounded in a transpersonal and depth-oriented approach, the circles draw inspiration from Jungian psychology, creative and symbolic practice, and the understanding that images, dreams, stories and archetypal themes can offer meaningful pathways into self-reflection and personal growth.

Through guided meditation, creative process, reflective inquiry and shared presence, participants are invited to explore what is emerging with curiosity and openness.

These are experiential spaces for personal exploration rather than group therapy. There is no expectation to share more than feels comfortable, and no artistic experience is needed.

Groups are intentionally small (6–8 participants) to support depth, safety, and meaningful connection.

Soul Card Circles

Creating your Soul Card

Soul Card Circles are a space for inner listening, where image and symbol give form to what is quietly unfolding within you.

At the heart of each circle is the creation of a personal Soul Card — a collaged image shaped through intuition, simple materials and guided reflection.

The focus is not on artistic skill, but on resonance, meaning, and what begins to emerge when you listen inwardly.

Your card becomes a companion — something you can return to over time, offering reflection, insight, and gentle orientation.

The Medicine Wheel

A journey through the four directions of the Sacred Circle

The Heartspace Medicine Wheel offers a gentle pathway into the deeper landscapes of your inner life.

Through meditation, creative process, guided reflection, and journaling, we move through the directions of the wheel and the gifts each has to offer.

Together we explore themes of vision, challenge, healing, wisdom, and integration — gathering insight, perspective, and meaning along the way.

Each session forms part of a larger journey, allowing the work to unfold gradually and build in depth over time.

Dreamscape Circle

Entering the landscape of dream, image, and inner listening

Dreamscape Circles offer a shared container for working with dreams, imagery, and the symbolic language of the psyche.

Through creative expression and reflective dialogue, participants explore night dreams, waking images, and recurring inner motifs.

Dreams often speak through image, symbol, feeling, and metaphor. Working creatively with these inner experiences can deepen self-understanding, reveal hidden patterns, and open new perspectives on what may be unfolding in your life.

No prior dreamwork experience is needed — openness to imagery and reflection is enough.

Is this for me?

Heartspace Circles may be a good fit if you are drawn to:

  • self-reflection and personal growth

  • creative process as a form of inquiry

  • dreams, symbols, and imagination as pathways to insight

  • depth-oriented and transpersonal approaches to inner exploration

  • small, thoughtfully held group experiences

These circles are best suited to those who feel relatively resourced and curious about inner exploration. If you are currently experiencing significant distress or feel unsure about participating in a group setting, individual support may be more appropriate.

You’re always welcome to reach out if you’d like help discerning what feels right.

Circles & Individual Therapy

For some, circles are complete and nourishing experiences in themselves.

For others, insights that arise in circle naturally invite further reflection or integration. In these cases, individual therapy offers a place to deepen, unpack, or continue what has been touched in a more personal way.

There is no expectation to move between circles and individual therapy — both stand independently, while gently supporting one another for those who choose.

Private Circles

Occasionally, Heartspace Circles may be offered by request for pre-formed groups of four or more, when scheduling aligns.
