In a safe, compassionate space, we work with your present-day experiences, while also holding space for the larger themes and questions that may be emerging. You may be feeling called to make a life change, process old pain, explore your identity, or deepen your relationship with yourself.
This work integrates talking, creativity, and embodied practices to support you in reconnecting with your intuition and healing from within.

What You’ll Need
For in-person sessions, all materials are thoughtfully provided — so you can simply arrive and create.
For online sessions, please prepare:
• Paper or a sketchbook
• Any art supplies you enjoy (pens, crayons, paints, collage materials, or digital tools — anything goes!)
• A quiet, comfortable, and private space
• A reliable internet connection for a smooth experience
