Heartspace Circles

Small group offerings for symbolic exploration, creative inquiry, and inner orientation

Heartspace Circles are small, intentionally held group experiences that support symbolic exploration and inner orientation through creativity, imagination, and shared presence.

They offer an imaginal way of engaging with inner life — working with image, symbol, and meaning within a carefully held, therapeutically informed container. While these circles draw on transpersonal art therapy principles, they are not therapy groups. Rather, they offer reflective and symbolic processes that support insight, meaning-making, and integration within a shared group setting.

Each circle may include guided meditation, imaginal reflection, intuitive art-making, and facilitated inquiry. No art experience is needed; the focus is on symbolic process rather than artistic outcome.

Groups are intentionally small (6–8 participants) to support depth, safety, and meaningful connection.

The Heartspace Circle Pathways

Soul Card Circles

Creating your Soul Card

Soul Card Circles are a space for inner listening, where image and symbol give form to what is quietly unfolding within you.

At the heart of each circle is the creation of a personal Soul Card — a symbolic image shaped through simple collage and guided reflection.

The focus is not on artistic skill, but on resonance, meaning, and what begins to emerge when you listen inwardly.

Your card becomes a companion — something you can return to over time, offering reflection, insight, and gentle orientation.

The Medicine Wheel

A journey through the four doorways of the Sacred Circle

The Heartspace Medicine Wheel is held as a transpersonal and archetypal framework for exploring life cycles, inner thresholds, and patterns of becoming.

Working with the Sacred Circle invites symbolic and embodied inquiry through four directional pathways:

East — direction and purpose

North — strength and boundaries

West — healing and release

South — wisdom and integration

Approached symbolically rather than prescriptively, the Medicine Wheel offers a way to orient within larger movements of psyche and life. The work is held as a ritual and imaginal space for reflection, remembrance, and integration.

Dreamscape Circle

Entering the landscape of dream, image, and inner listening

Dreamscape Circles offer a shared container for working with dreams, imagery, and the symbolic language of the psyche.

Through creative expression and reflective dialogue, participants explore night dreams, waking images, and recurring inner motifs. No prior dreamwork experience is needed — openness to imagery and reflection is enough.

Is this for me?

Heartspace Circles may be a good fit if you are drawn to:

  • symbolic and imaginal ways of knowing

  • creative processes as a form of inquiry

  • reflection rather than quick answers

  • small, contained group experiences

  • depth held with clarity and boundaries

These circles are best suited to those who feel relatively resourced and curious about inner exploration. If you are currently experiencing acute distress or feel unsure about participating in a group setting, individual support may be more appropriate.

You’re always welcome to reach out if you’d like help discerning what feels right.

Circles & 1:1 Inner Work

For some, circles are complete and nourishing experiences in themselves.

For others, insights that arise in circle naturally invite further reflection or integration. In these cases, 1:1 Inner Work sessions offer a place to deepen, unpack, or continue what has been touched in a more personal way.

There is no expectation to move between group and individual work — both stand independently, while gently supporting one another for those who choose.

Circles by request

Occasionally, Heartspace Circles may be offered by request for pre-formed groups of four or more, with a shared intention, and when scheduling aligns.
