Cancellation Policy
Inner Work (1:1 sessions)
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for either:
- a credit toward a future session (valid for 12 months from the original booking date), or
- a refund to the original payment method. Please note that card processing fees (2.2%) charged by the payment provider at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled session time, or missed appointments, are non-refundable and charged at the full session fee.
This honours the time, preparation, and holding set aside for your session.
If a session needs to be cancelled by Heartspace Therapy due to practitioner illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered priority rescheduling or a full refund.
Illness
If you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please get in touch as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or, where appropriate, moving your session online.
Unexpected circumstances
If something unforeseen arises, you’re welcome to reach out. Situations are approached with care and fairness, while also respecting the boundaries of the practice.
Workshops & Circles
Bookings for workshops and group offerings are non-refundable, as places are limited and prepared for in advance.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your place to someone else, with prior notice.
With at least 72 hours’ notice, a credit may be offered toward a future workshop or circle, subject to availability.
With less than 72 hours’ notice, no refund or credit can be offered.
If a workshop or circle is cancelled by Heartspace Therapy (for example, due to minimum numbers not being met), a full refund or credit will be offered.
Minimum numbers apply to all group offerings. If a gathering does not proceed, participants will be notified with as much notice as possible.
