Cancellation Policy

Individual Therapy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to change or cancel your booking, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. This gives me the best opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur the full session fee.

For clients with a history of late cancellations, missed appointments or repeated short-notice changes, prepayment may be required to secure future bookings.

Workshops & Circles

Places in workshops and circles are limited, and preparation often begins well in advance. If you need to cancel your place, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

If you need to cancel:

• More than 72 hours before the event: You may transfer your booking to another person or receive a credit towards a future Heartspace workshop or circle, valid for 12 months.

• Less than 72 hours before the event: Your booking is non-refundable and cannot be credited to a future event. You are welcome to transfer your place to another person if you are unable to attend.

If Heartspace needs to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the choice of transferring your booking to the new date, receiving a credit towards another event, or receiving a full refund.

Minimum numbers apply to all group offerings. If a gathering does not proceed, participants will be notified with as much notice as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time, preparation, and limited places involved in these offerings.

Illness & Wellbeing

Please do not attend Heartspace in person if you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. This applies to both individual appointments and all in-person circles, workshops and group offerings.

If you become unwell before an individual appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may be able to move your session online or arrange an alternative.

If you are unable to attend a circle, workshop or group offering due to illness, the usual cancellation terms for that offering will apply.

This helps me maintain a safe and considerate space for everyone who attends Heartspace.

Unexpected circumstances

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. If something unforeseen prevents you from attending your appointment, please get in touch as soon as you can.

Exceptional circumstances will always be considered with care and discretion.
