Soul Card Circles
Creating your Soul Card
Soul Card Circles offer a reflective and creative space for inner listening — where image, symbol, and felt sense give form to what is quietly unfolding within you.
Rather than goal-setting or planning, these circles invite a slower kind of attention: to image, symbol, and the deeper movements shaping your inner landscape.
The rhythm
Soul Card Circles are often held in relationship with the seasons — moments when something is completing, gestating, or beginning to stir.
You’re welcome to attend a single circle, or return across time — a gentle rhythm through which continuity and relationship can deepen.
Over time, this may gather into a quiet body of work — a series of Soul Cards that begin to speak to one another, holding threads of your unfolding story. Seen together, these cards can offer a deeper sense of meaning, connection, and personal symbolism. At times, they may even begin to form a language of their own.
The process
Within each circle, you’re invited to create a personal Soul Card — a symbolic image that reflects the qualities, questions, or deeper currents seeking expression.
The process draws on inner listening and simple creative materials, rather than artistic skill or interpretation. Image, symbol, and felt sense are allowed to emerge organically through collage and gentle guided reflection.
Your card becomes a companion — something you can return to in your own time, offering reflection, insight, and quiet orientation.
What this circle offers
This gathering supports:
reflection at meaningful thresholds
orientation rather than answers
attunement to your own symbolic language
relationship with what is unfolding over time
Each circle is held within a calm, therapeutically informed container, with space for individual pacing and meaning-making.
Suitability & support
Heartspace Circles are best suited to those who feel relatively resourced and curious about inner exploration.
While the work is held with care, clarity, and respect for individual pace, these circles are not therapy groups. If you are currently experiencing acute distress, or feel unsure about participating in a group setting, individual support may be more appropriate at this time.
You’re always welcome to reach out if you’d like help discerning what feels most supportive for you.
